- Asset to be protected
- Risk Scenario (what could happen, what’s the consequence)
- Threat (type of)
- Vulnerability / weakness (what could make the occur or to be worse)
- Existing / other controls (what else protects this asset)
- Likelihood (how likely is this event to happen)
- Impact (what is the worst case loss?)
- Acceptance Criteria (based on everything above, what level of risk is acceptable)?
